Hello to everyone out there and thanks for visiting my website. I am Paul Rainosek and am glad to be able to share some of my thoughts and memories with you. There are several pages on this website, so be sure to visit every one. Some of my pages reflect my favorite interests, including personal health and well-being, along with spirutality and relationships. I'll start things off by telling you a little about myself and why I designed this website. I am the proud owner of General Standards Corporation, a company that I started on my own in 1990. At General Standards, I stay very busy designing PC computer boards and overseeing the company. I have four wonderful children--all boys and growing up fast. Although I have a growing company to run, I am never too busy for my children. Be sure to check out my page entitled "Family Album" to see pictures of my boys. I am also very close to the other members of my extended family, including my sisters and brothers. Just this year, we all headed down to Texas to celebrate a reunion. Those pictures are also included on the Family Album page.

In my spare time, I like to sing and enjoy hanging out with the Singles Group. We like to get together often and we always have a good time. With several functions a month, you can really really build strong friendships and lasting relationships with good, quality people. As you can tell from this picture, we enjoy dancing (especially when the song "YMCA" comes on) and aren't afraid to get down.
